Terms & Conditions – Al Manara Medical Center

These Terms and Conditions govern all medical, aesthetic, diagnostic, and surgical services provided by Al Manara Medical Center. Any appointment booking, consultation, or acceptance of treatment implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services

Al Manara Medical Center provides medical care, diagnostic services, and treatments including but not limited to:

• Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery
• Medical Aesthetic Treatments
• Dental Care
• Women’s Health Services
• Men’s Health Services
• Diagnostic, Preventive, and Therapeutic Medical Services

All services are provided following a professional medical assessment by licensed healthcare practitioners.

Consultation, Treatment Plan & Consent

All medical services require an initial consultation to evaluate the patient’s medical condition and suitability for treatment. A personalized treatment plan, including recommended procedures, estimated costs, and potential risks, is provided when applicable.

Treatment is confirmed only after the patient has given informed consent, either in writing or electronically, in accordance with medical and legal requirements.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices for consultations, treatments, and procedures are communicated to the patient in advance. All prices are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payment methods accepted include:

• Cash
• Credit or debit cards
• Bank transfer

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms specified before or at the time of service. Certain procedures may require advance payment or a deposit.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Patients are requested to inform the medical center as early as possible in case of cancellation or rescheduling.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits, where applicable.

Treatment Outcomes

Medical and aesthetic results may vary from patient to patient. Al Manara Medical Center does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on individual factors, medical conditions, and adherence to post-treatment instructions.

Before-and-after images, when shown, are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

Conditions of Treatment

Patients must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment. Al Manara Medical Center reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment if medical safety conditions are not met or if essential information is withheld.

Any additional treatment required due to unforeseen medical findings may be subject to revised recommendations and pricing, subject to patient approval.

Guarantees & Limitations

All medical services are provided in accordance with professional standards and applicable healthcare regulations. However, no medical treatment can guarantee specific results.

The clinic is not responsible for complications arising from:

• Failure to follow medical advice or aftercare instructions
• Undisclosed medical conditions
• Treatments or interventions performed by third parties
• Force majeure events

Data Protection & Confidentiality

All personal and medical information collected is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Patient data is used exclusively for medical care, administrative management, and legal obligations.

Patients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

Liability

Al Manara Medical Center is responsible for providing services in compliance with medical standards and legal obligations. Liability is limited to cases of proven professional negligence within the limits prescribed by UAE law.

The clinic shall not be held liable for indirect damages, delays caused by external factors, or events beyond its control.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution as a priority. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, signing a consent form, or receiving medical services from Al Manara Medical Center, the patient acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
